2. Services Description

All Mighty Relocations provides residential and commercial moving services, including but not limited to:

  • Local moving within South Florida
  • Long-distance moving
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Storage services
  • Specialty item moving (pianos, antiques, etc.)

3. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual services rendered, time required, and any additional services requested. We strive to provide accurate estimates and will communicate any potential changes before work begins.

4. Booking and Cancellation

When you book our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your moving needs
  • Be available at the scheduled time
  • Ensure proper access to pickup and delivery locations
  • Provide necessary building documentation (COI, elevator reservations, etc.)

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move to avoid cancellation fees.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks. For long-distance moves, a deposit may be required.

6. Liability and Insurance

All Mighty Relocations maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Basic valuation coverage is included with all moves at no additional cost. Additional full-value protection is available for purchase. Our liability is limited in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.

7. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport hazardous materials, perishables, plants, firearms, ammunition, or illegal items. A complete list of prohibited items will be provided upon request.

8. Claims and Disputes

Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues in accordance with our claims procedure and applicable regulations.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated means to access the site without permission
  • Copy or reproduce content without authorization
